fish house punch

  • ¾ ounce brandy or cognac
  • splash peach brandy
  • ¾ ounce lemon juice
  • slice of lemon
  • 1½ ounces dark rum
  • tablespoon sugar

Shake sugar with rum and lemon juice until sugar is dissolved. Pour remaining ingredients into shaker and add ice, shake and strain into chilled glass - garnish with lemon slice.
