ramos gin fizz
- 1 ounce cream or half and half
- white of egg
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 4 ounces club soda
- tablespoon sugar
- 1 dash vanilla extract
Shake all ingredients except club soda until sugar is dissolved, add ice, and continue to shake vigorously until frothy. Strain into chilled glass and top with club soda.
